Mero Mobile has commercial Roaming agreement with 71 countries 167 operators for postpaid roaming, 48 operators for GPRS and 8 operators for camel..
You can send SMS as well as make or receive calls and enjoy a variety of at affordable rates while traveling abroad.
Things to do before you leave
Check with Mero Mobile Customer service that your mobile subscription allows you to have the roaming service.
Make sure that Mero Mobile has a roaming agreement and also your mobile phone handset is supported on at least one network in the country you are traveling to.
Things you do after arriving safely
All you have to do is to switch on your mobile when you arrive at your destination; it will take only a few minutes to be automatically logged on to one of the country’s networks.
Things to remember while roaming
To call home or any other country, type the International access code and the Country Code along with the telephone number.
For example:
+977 980 XXXXXXX for dialing a Mero Mobile.
+977 98510 XXXXXXX or +977 9841 XXXXXXX for dialing other network.
+977 X XXXXXXX for dialing a Land Line.
When roaming you pay for SMS sent and both making/receiving calls.
